Carlos is mechanical electrical engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the electricity sector, with participation in sanitation, industrial and fishing projects at the national level. He has worked as specialist engineer and consultant, collaborating with both public entities as FONDEPES, PRONIS, PRONIED and PRODESA, as well as with private companies and prominent consortia such as Sullana WWTP and Atarjea WWTP.
As a consultant, he has developed a strong specialization in engineering designIn the field of works, he has performed functions such as electrical and electromechanical specialist, forming part of the contractor's technical teams and supervising works.
His academic training is complemented by Training in industrial electrical installations, hydraulic sanitation works, and state procurement regulations, and in the formulation and evaluation of projects public investment under the framework of the Invierte.pe system.
