Ricardo Montero Cevallos is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in Construction and Infrastructure Law, having worked in top-level local and transnational companies in the hydrocarbon, infrastructure and construction sectors.

Specialist in Construction Law and EPC Contract Administration (Design and Construction), with solid training in projects executed under the regime of Public-Private Partnerships and FIDIC standardized contracts. He has led and participated in Negotiations, claims management and dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration, direct dealings, technical reviews and contractual audits.

It is characterized by its Ability to perform in highly demanding environments, integrating multidisciplinary teams and working under pressure. Is proactive, innovative and exercises a transformational leadership supported by solid ethical principles.

  • He has developed as a legal advisor in the contractual management of the FIDIC Red Book Contract “Civil Works – General San Martín Port Terminal – Pisco”, between CCPSM – San Martín Port Construction Consortium and Paracas Port Terminal, for an amount of US$$129MM.
  • Has assumed the position of Contract Administrator in the management of Contract for the “Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the Inmaculada Mining Plant”, held between GyM and Compañía Minera Ares SAC, under the Turnkey and Lump Sum modality, for an amount of US$$144MM.
