He Practical Workshop on Contract Management in Public Works according to Law No. 32069 and its Regulations Its purpose is to strengthen the technical and legal capacities of professionals involved in the administration and supervision of public works during the contract execution stage.

 

Through an applied 100% approach and the analysis of real and illustrative cases, The main current regulatory, procedural and contractual aspects will be addressed in accordance with the Law No. 32069 and its Regulations approved by DSN° 009-2025-EF and complementary regulations.

In this way, the workshop will contribute to strengthening key competencies in contract management, contributing to the Dispute prevention, timely problem resolution during the execution of the work, and the correct application of the regulations, promoting the efficient fulfillment of public contracts.

To provide participants with a comprehensive and practical understanding of the regulatory framework governing government procurement, with special emphasis on the correct application of Law No. 32069 and its Regulations during the contractual execution stage of public works.

 

Throughout the program, participants will strengthen their ability to identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve specific situations that arise in the execution of public works. 👨‍💼 ENG. CARLOS CUNZA

Managing Partner of Construction Legal Group (CLG). Civil Engineer from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Centrum PUCP. Specializing in contract management, costs, planning, risks, and disputes in infrastructure projects, he has over 15 years of experience in large-scale projects, particularly in sanitation works (wastewater treatment plants, drinking water and sewage lines and networks) and roads.

 

He has held key roles such as Contract Administrator, Planning and Cost Specialist, and Technical Office and Valuation Engineer, participating in top-level companies and consortia such as COSAPI, SADE-COSAPI, Constructora MPM, Consorcio Sullabella, Consorcio PTAP Calana, among others, where he has demonstrated analytical and managerial capacity in the management of public works.

 

👨‍💼 ENG. EDWAR TAPIA

Civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in the preparation of studies, execution, and supervision of public and private works, specializing in the technical and contractual management of infrastructure projects. Expert and adjudicator for the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Board (JPRD/DAB) at recognized arbitration and dispute resolution centers. Since 2005, he has taught and provided training in construction management under the State Procurement Law and is a certified trainer in public works execution by the OSCE (State Procurement Oversight Agency), the College of Engineers, and other institutions.
