Daphne is specialist architect With more than 20 years of experience leading and managing construction projects, with an emphasis on public infrastructure, hospital buildings, airports, and corporate and institutional spaces.

He has worked as project manager, actively participating in the supervision and execution of construction projects, expansions, and renovations, as well as in the preparation of technical files nationwide. Throughout his career, he has advised and collaborated with organizations such as Lima Airport Partners, Airports of Peru, Social Health Insurance – EsSalud, and private sector companies such as America Movil Peru, BBVA Banco Continental, Banco de Crédito del Perú, among others.

Specializes in engineering design and construction supervision, having led multidisciplinary teams in the preparation and review of technical files for hospital infrastructure, as well as for buildings in the banking and corporate sectors.

He has training in project management based on the PMI guidelines, as well as postgraduate studies oriented to the strategic management of works, including a Master's Degree in Construction Management.

His career includes roles such as Project manager, specialist consultant and director of technical initiatives, distinguished by achieving tangible results in optimized timeframes. He has led interventions that have directly contributed to the execution of strategic projects, providing concrete, high-impact solutions for the health sector.

It has intermediate command of English and German, and is distinguished by its preventive approach, strategic vision, and collaborative leadership, key elements that it has put at the service of strengthening infrastructure projects at the institutional level.
