José is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in hydraulic installations, specializing in electromechanical and infrastructure projects nationwide. He has held key positions as a Technical and Production Office Engineer in renowned companies in the construction sector such as COSAPI, Sade and IVC., collaborating on projects for private clients and state entities, including Antamina, Quellaveco, SEDAPAL, and the Ministry of Housing.

He has been involved in all stages of the project cycle, from budgeting and planning to execution and start-up. He has a background in Mechanical and Civil Engineering, and has held positions as a budget analyst, production engineer and front-line manager., standing out for his ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and generate sustainable improvements in productivity.

Experience

It has been Head of the Hydraulic Installations Front at IVC General Contractors, participating in the project Sectorization and expansion of the drinking water and sewage system – Annex 22, Jicamarca, in charge of the installation and start-up of 15 pumping stations, 22 reservoirs, 500 chambers, and a booster station with 7 vertical turbine pumps of 250 HP.
Participated as Electromechanical Engineer at the SCM Water Consortium, within the framework of the project Sectorization of the drinking water and sewage system – Upper part of Chorrillos, which included the installation of steel and ductile iron pipes up to 1600 mm in diameter.
It has been Proposal Analyst at COSAPI, in the area of Proposal and Tender Management, participating in the preparation of budgets, calculation of man-hours, and quoting of equipment and materials for industrial plant and infrastructure projects.
It has been Production Engineer in the SADE COSAPI Consortium, In charge of the execution of connections for the entry of wastewater to the Wastewater Treatment Plant – San Martín, Piura
He has participated as Technical Office and Production Engineer in COSAPI, In charge of the installation of cameras and pipes up to 1800 mm in diameter in the Interference Relocation project – Stations E15, E16 and E17 of the Lima Metro Line 2
It has been Technical Office Engineer at the SADE COSAPI Consortium, leading the Installation and commissioning of 10 pumping stations and 7 reservoirs, as part of the Expansion and Improvement of the Drinking Water and Sewerage System – Pachacútec Macroproject.
