Luis is lawyer with more than 20 years with a specialized background in Construction Law, Project management, Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
Throughout his career, he has actively participated in the execution of various engineering and construction projects, serving as international consultant at Radovic & Asociados (Chile) and assuming prominent positions such as Regional Attorney and legal adviser in companies with complex financial schemes.
His specialization includes standardized contracts FIDIC, preparation and review of standard engineering contracts BOT, EPC and EPCM, monitoring of the contractual execution, claims management and dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation.
He complements his legal experience with training in Finance and Corporate Law and in Contract Administration. In addition, it exercises the teaching university in different universities – USMP, UTP and USS based in Chiclayo.
It is distinguished by its preventive approach, strategic vision and interdisciplinary leadership, attributes that allow it to provide solid and efficient solutions to each project in which it participates.

Experience
- As regional public prosecutor, has led teams of lawyers in the exercise of legal defense of the State in more than 150 arbitration processes defendants against the entity. He has also represented the entity in various conciliation proceedings.
- His professional experience includes reviewing bidding conditions, monitoring contract execution, preparing claims, negotiating meetings, reviewing and preparing arbitration defense strategies, and evaluating legal defense in litigation.
- Has integrated the contractual claims preparation team and international arbitrations, such as:
- TECNEED SpA Arbitration against EDYCE Metalurgia SA, for the amount of $850 million Chilean pesos.
- Arbitration in it "Contract Construction of Real Estate Material Works for a Lump Sum. MOLYMET Corporate Building" between Molibdenos y Metales SA, against Constructora INARCO Chile, for the sum of $1,605,686,854 million Chilean pesos.
- Monitoring of contract execution in the “ACALIS VALLE ALEGRE BUILDING” project, between Inmobiliaria Isla Hope SpA, acting as Client of the project and INARCO Chile as a builder, for a total amount of 282,420.57 UF in Chilean securities.
- Contractual claim for the recognition of higher costs and deadlines in the project “ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY AND PIPING”, between Proyectos y Montajes COMIN SA, and Cartulinas CMPC SA
- Contractual claim for the recognition of higher costs and deadlines in the “PIPING, HVAC, VIENNAS & ATTIC WORKS” project between the client Jacobs Chile SA, and Proyectos y Montajes COMIN SA
- He has participated as Technical Secretary and Document Control in the Construction and Engineering Company MSL Ltda, in the execution of the first geothermal plant called “Cerro Pabellón”, located in Pampa Apacheta, Ollagüe commune, Antofagasta Region, Chile, with an investment of US$$ 520 million in both phases, executed by ENEL and ENAP.
