Sharon is a lawyer and arbitrator with over 12 years of experience specializing in advising contracting companies, concessionaires, supervisors, and public entities. in the design, negotiation and execution of contracts, claims management, as well as in the prevention and resolution of disputes at national and international levelWithin these mechanisms, he has actively participated in direct negotiation, dispute board, and arbitration processes.
Throughout his career, he has held strategic roles such as Legal Contracts Manager at the French PMO G2G, Legal Claims Consultant at the Natividad de Chinchero Consortium (Chinchero International Airport), and Contracts and Disputes Lawyer at the PMC International Consortium for the Talara Refinery Modernization Megaproject. He has also been part of the legal team of NPG Abogados, among other companies, participating in infrastructure projects executed under various contractual modalities, such as Public works, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Government-to-Government (G2G) contracts, international standard contracts, among others. She is currently the managing partner and founder of Construction Legal Group.
He complements his experience with postgraduate studies in Construction Law, Public Procurement, Contract Law, Civil Liability, Project Management, Concession Law under the PPP modality and dispute resolution mechanismsHe also holds a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from the National University of San Marcos.

Experience
- He has been Legal Contracts Manager at EGIS Bâtiments International (PMO France – Peru), providing comprehensive legal and contractual support for the Sergio Bernales hospital project (Lima), developed under the Government-to-Government (G2G) Contract model.
- He has provided external legal advice to the Natividad de Chinchero Consortium (Chinchero International Airport), offering strategic support in the management of contracts and claims for the main contractor, including the identification of contractual risks and the design of strategies for the prevention and resolution of disputes.
- She has been a Contracts and Disputes Lawyer at the PMC International Consortium, within the framework of the Talara Refinery Modernization Megaproject. He was responsible for contract management, claims handling, and dispute resolution for various project contracts, such as the PMC (Project Management Consulting) contract between the client and the consultant, the FIDIC Red and Silver contracts signed with the main contractors, as well as the design and contractual advice for the framework contract signed between the client and multiple contractors.
