Cost Engineering Specialist<\/strong> with more than 16 years of experience<\/strong> in cost estimation and control<\/strong>, as well as in the budgeting<\/strong> for construction projects.<\/p>

He has worked as Cost leader<\/strong>, participating in sector projects oil & gas<\/em> nationally and internationally<\/strong>, providing advice and collaboration to both clients and contractors, in the public and private sectors, applying the good practices of PMI and AACE International<\/strong>.<\/p>
