Sharon Grados, socia fundadora de CLG, explora, a partir de los modelos de contratos internacionales de construcción (FIDIC, NEC), el Protocolo de Demoras y Disrupción de la SCL (2.ª ed., 2017), el ordenamiento jurídico peruano, la literatura especializada y diversos casos, cuáles son los aspectos legales (tipo de plazo, causas de atraso, tipos de demora, mitigación desplegada) y técnicos (referencia a los cronogramas contemporáneos, titularidad de las holguras, registros en el sitio, método de análisis de la demora, entre otros) que una cláusula de ampliación de plazo debe considerar y regular, a fin de determinar con justicia el otorgamiento del remedio de la ampliación de plazo.
